TOOLBAR REINSTATEMENT POLICY
Reinstatement is NOT guaranteed, in order to even be considered you will need to follow the steps we lay out here.

Step #1 - You will have to have a LIVE discussion within a special approved Voice Room Meeting with an OurGV Service Staff Member. This opportunity will most likely only be available once a week. If you miss a scheduled time, then most likely you will have to wait until the next one.

Step #2 - You will need to sign a document stating that you have read and fully understand the toolbar guidelines. That you will follow those guidelines to the letter. That you will check those toolbar guidelines regularly so that you are always aware of any changes. That this will in all liklihood be your last chance to have search included in your toolbar. AND, you will forfeit your commissions and bonuses if your toolbar is suspended or terminated again for any reason, OR if your new toolbar is not actively used!

Step #3 - You will need to send this document into the service@ourgv.com email, fax, or fed-ex.

Step #4 - You will need to acknowledge that the re-instatement process will be much slower this time around.
