SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING TOOLBAR PAYOUTS:
Yahoo takes up to 90 Days to pay us, then we have to process the BV's and checks for you. So be patient, keep on using your toolbar, too many times Affiliates get frustrated waiting for their first check, and then stop using their toolbar, which then starts the wait time all over again, if you keep using your toolbar every day, trust us, the checks will come, and then once they do start coming, they will not stop if you have not stopped! Remember that Free Affiliates earn 2.5 cents per click, Pref. Affiliates & Above on ACTIVE HOSTING earn 5 cents per click...there is a 100 Clicks minimum per month otherwise your toolbar money is donated to charity, and there is a minimum check amount of $10 or your money rolls over to the next pay period.

We understand that you are very excited to be able to participate in the single greatest revenue generating program of all-time. However, everyone must keep in mind that at the core of what makes this program work are advertisers paying money. If you are not conducting real internet searches if you are abusing the system, then your toolbar will be disabled and terminated. Yahoo will not risk the billions of dollars earned from their advertisers, so be sincere, genuine, and smart about how you use your toolbar! These guidelines are more like rules to follow, they are constantly updated, and should be checked on regularly to make sure you protect the long-term earning potential of your toolbar. Also, keep in mind, the idea is to earn a "little from a lot" so get your toolbar downloaded on as many computers as you possibly can!

#1- Only search for things you are genuinely interested in, AND make sure you are ACTUALLY looking at and reading thru what you are searching!
(Going thru random topics alphabetically from A to Z, conducting the same search repeatedly over and over again, changing one letter, or any other kind of "Pattern" searching, etc. are blatant violations of this and will result in suspension and/or termination of your toolbar..)


#2- Doing Searches expressly for the purposes of bringing the Sponsored results back, for example, searching every few seconds, is a blatant violation and will result in suspension and eventual termination of your toolbar. If you are genuinely searching the internet you may have several searches in a minute, now and then, but not for hours at a time. Also if someone were to look at your internet searching, if you were really searching, there would be quite a bit of randomness to it, sometimes you would go faster, many times much slower, as you actually read thru the information! Yahoo has powerful programs in place to detect these patterns which indicate violations, and there is NO negotiating if it looks like you are only searching to make money, your toolbar will be shut down, so use the toolbar the way you normally would!
(DO NOT USE THE ORANGE WEB SEARCH BUTTON, and be sure that you are not manipulating your searches....just search for real, actually look at what you search. Anything that looks UN-Natural about your internet searching, anything that looks like you are only searching to make money, not to actually search will get your toolbar disabled and/or terminated!)

#3- Doing repetitive internet searches for the same search terms, for example, "airplane" 10+ times in a row, especially if 10 times in a row within a couple minutes or less is a VIOLATION and will get your toolbar terminated.
(Being a heavy internet user is fine, but searching over and over again, Just to make money from clicks ruins the integrity of the program. Legitimate searches, performed over REASONABLE time periods are okay, the average person searching the internet DOES NOT conduct searches every 2 to 5 seconds, or in any kind of consistent time pattern at all, what time pattern they do have is more like 60 seconds or more, and they do not search the same term 10 times in a row within 30 seconds! These actions will result in termination of your toolbar.)

#4- When you click on a sponsored result, you NEED to at least look at the site! You should have at least one click extra on the sponsored result, more if at all possible, give them a chance to earn your business!
(Clicking on a sponsored result and 1 second later clicking off of it, clearly shows you had no intentions whatsoever of even considering what that site has to offer, this is another obvious and blatant violation!)

#5- The average time spent on each search, and click are monitored closely. Anytime you see something of interest you should spend some time with it on your searches as well as your clicks. Yahoo has special software that actually looks at the search patterns of your toolbar, and ANYTHING that looks un-natural can result in your toolbar being terminated! If you use the toolbar NORMALLY you should be okay, if you are using the toolbar to JUST make money...you will most likely lose your toolbar, as it is very easy to see the difference in normal search patterns and ones just trying to make money.
(The entire basis of this program is to provide support to Non-Profit organizations thru the NORMAL internet searching people do every day. It is not, nor has it ever, been intended to be a program where people sit at home all day long trying to earn a living clicking by themselves! The opportunity to earn a living comes from having hundreds, thousands, even millions of toolbars out there doing a few clicks a day. Abusing this program will not be tolerated under any circumstances.)

#6- If a search does not pull up any sponsored links of interest don't click just for the sake of clicking.

#7- More than 20 Searches and/or 5 Clicks in a day for one Computer/IP Address will cause your toolbar to be scrutinized very closely so MAKE SURE you are following these guidelines to the letter, there is no room for error.
(The use of auto-Bot type programs is strictly forbidden, unless you are genuinely willing to give the sponsored website a chance to earn your business, then you are committing fraud and ripping that website off, this will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances. We will not take any chances, if yahoo even remotely thinks this program is being abused by you or someone using your toolbar, then we will have no choice but to terminate the toolbar, this could result in loss of commissions and bonuses!)

#8- The idea is to get your toolbar downloaded onto lots of computers, not spend all day searching the internet yourself. The more computers and IP Addresses that are using your Toolbar the better. Remember, anything that does not look normal....searching Too Fast, Searching Too Often, Searching the same thing over and over again....these things will NOT BE TOLERATED!
(If you are building an internet business and on the computer for hours at a time that is great, just remember that Yahoo is trying to protect the integrity of the advertising program, if they cannot do that, then eventually nobody will advertise, which means no click money for anyone, so just be sure to follow these Rules. If you will have more than 20 searches and/or 5 Sponsored clicks in a day, then you really should have more than one computer to use, extra computers only help if they have different IP's. Remember, this is not a limit, just a number that exceeding draws a great deal of attention. So if you are a heavy internet user make sure your internet searching is genuine and real, cause if it looks like you are only searching for money, your toolbar will be terminated, and you could lose all your commissions and bonuses.)

#9- Currently the average toolbar worldwide averages 4-5 searches per click or more, watch your ratios and just as importantly the time between searches, going too fast, or trying to manipulate the system will get your toolbar in trouble! Also, if you are ONLY clicking on Sponsored Results your toolbar will be terminated!!!
(We continue to work on the effectiveness of our own protection program which tries to shut down sponsored results whenever this ratio is violated, and does not bring them back until you have gotten your ratios back into balance. This will continue to be tweaked until we get the proper balance in place. HOWEVER, doing continuous Internet Searches every 2 seconds or less or in any kind of repetitive time period is a blatant and obvious violation and will get your toolbar in trouble. Regardless, if you are not doing REAL internet searches, that are at least interesting enough for you to look at the results, then you are violating the entire principal of this program!!! DO NOT CLICK ONLY SPONSORED RESULTS! BE CAREFUL, because as you do internet searches throughout the day, many times if there is some time between searches our protection will turn off, EVEN THOUGH you have not done 4 or 5 searches since your last sponsored click, not paying attention to this could get your toolbar terminated.)

#10- If your family, business, or organization does a lot of internet searches daily, then make sure it is real and natural searching, not some pattern devised to just get clicks. If this internet useage results in going over 20 searches and/or 5 clicks a day PER Computer/IP...then these guidelines must be adhered to Perfectly....there is No Room For Error!
(There is no limit to the amount of Natural, Real, or true internet searching that can be done. Keep in mind though, that anything out of the ordinary will be heavily scrutinized, so make sure you are not abusing the system. There is no negotiating, there is no discussion, if it looks like you are abusing the system there are no excuses that will be accepted, so do not take a chance! OurGV, Benefit Bar, and Yahoo are all far more concerned with having 100's of millions of toolbars generating a few nickles a day, than having your toolbar generate a few dollars. You should feel that way too!)

INTERNATIONAL TOOLBAR RESTRICTIONS!!!
(International Bars clicking on USA need people in the USA to click as well. We are working very hard on this, but in countries that Yahoo is not strong in yet, we need to understand the toolbar is primarily a recruiting & communications tool, NOT a Clicking tool, and you should use it accordingly. Ideally you will develop a large number of downloads in the USA or other countries where this is not a problem. They are very strict with this, so be sure to pay close attention to how your toolbar is being used internationally!!! There are no restrictions whatsoever on the amount of shopping that can be done on your OurGV Mall thru your toolbar. No limits on the amount of rebates that can be paid, no limits on the number of visits to the different stores, and no limits on the amount of money that can be saved! The convenience of searching for what you are looking for, and then buying it thru your OurGV Internet Shopping Mall is incredible, and represents even more money than the clicks themselves! 100 BV's worth of shopping pays out more money than 600 Clicks Generates!

IMPORTANT POINTS
#1- There are no guarantees if your toolbar is suspended and/or terminated that we will be able to get you a second chance.

#2- The suspension and/or termination of your toolbar may result in you forfeiting any and all commissions and bonuses earned from that toolbar.

#3- The suspension and/or termination of a "2nd Chance" toolbar will most likely be Final, and result in the loss of all commissions and bonuses earned from any previous toolbars, so FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES!

#4- The procedure for even having a chance at being eligible for a "2nd Chance" toolbar is very detailed and demanding. Following instructions to the letter is Mandatory in order to even have your situation considered for review.

#5- Being considered for review for a "2nd Chance" toolbar is no guarantee that you will actually be awarded one, so the best thing to do is make sure you don't lose one in the first place!
